This framework was reflected in our logo, where the idea of movement became a key motivator for the identity of Innovis.

The connected organic shapes represent the convergence in diversity: unique persons, legitimate and autonomous in interaction, motivating and inspiring each other, thinking and behaving in creative synergy, progressively building a more innovative and evolved culture.

The inverted dotes of the “i” letters represent the lateral thinking, the constant questioning of the status-quo, the appraisal of the difference, getting out of the comfort zone towards a world of possibilities.

The colors violet, green and orange represent some of the fundamental ingredients of an innovative culture: transformation, renewal, growth, organic, original, prosperity, energy, creativity, curiosity, motivation, spontaneity, freedom…
